Are your fragrances oil-based or alcohol-based?

Norray offers high-quality fragrance formulas designed for strong performance and beautiful projection with some formulas having alcohol. Specific formulas may vary by collection, but every scent is created to deliver a luxurious, lasting experience on the skin.

How should I apply my perfume for the best results?

Apply to pulse points such as the wrists, neck, behind the ears, and inside the elbows. For a softer scent trail, try a light mist on clothing (always spot test delicate fabrics). Layering with complementary body care products can also help your fragrance last longer.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Our body care products are made with skin-loving ingredients and are designed to be gentle. However, we always recommend doing a patch test first, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.

Do you restock sold-out fragrances?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
