Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, we’re here to make it right.

Please contact us through the Contact Us page within a reasonable time after delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging

After review and approval, we will issue a store credit for the affected item(s). Store credits can be used toward a future purchase and allow you to choose something you’ll love.
