Shipping Policy

At Norray, every order is prepared with care and intention. From our hands to your doorstep, we want your experience to feel smooth, secure, and worthy of the luxury inside your package.

Processing & Delivery Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Example: You placed your order on April 17, your order processing time will start April 20 which is the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please note: During launches, restocks, and promotional events, processing times may be on the longer end of our shipping window due to increased order volume. We promise it’s worth the wait.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package leaves our facility and is in the care of the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if you believe it has been lost or stolen, please contact your local post office directly to file a claim. All Norray packages are shipped with insurance to help cover these rare situations and ensure proper resolution through the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, we are here to help.

Please contact us through the Contact Us page as soon as possible and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging

This allows us to review the issue and make things right quickly.
